Tempura Frying Machine Process

  • First prepare the tempura ingredients, such as seafood, vegetables, etc., and coat them in tempura batter.
  • Turn on the continuous fryer and preheat it to the appropriate temperature. Generally, the frying temperature of tempura is between 160-180°C.
  • Place the batter-coated tempura evenly on the conveyor belt. The conveyor belt will automatically transport the ingredients into the frying area.
  • The ingredients are continuously moved in the oil tank, ensuring that each side is evenly heated and fried until golden and crispy. It is very important to control the oil temperature and frying time to ensure that the tempura is crispy without excessive oil absorption.
  • The fried tempura is moved out of the oil tank of tempura frying equipment through a conveyor belt, and excess oil is removed by vibration or blowing.
  • The tempura undergoes a cooling process at the discharge end and is then arranged and collected.
  • Quality inspection of fried tempura is performed to ensure that it meets predetermined frying quality standards.
